The free service

Tablumo is a free service for recording shared expenses, calculating shares and documenting repayments. It does not transfer money, process payments, connect to banks or convert currencies. Suggested settlements are calculation aids; check the underlying records before making payments outside Tablumo.

Availability and eligibility

Tablumo is intended for international use, subject to applicable laws and the availability of its hosting and ChatGPT services. Users must be legally able to use the service; where local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain it before registering. No particular country or minimum age overrides those requirements.

Your account and shared records

Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Enter accurate records, respect other participants’ privacy and only add information you are entitled to share. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or attempt to access other people’s groups. Members can change their own entries; group owners can manage group records, participants and invitations. Group history records changes.

ChatGPT

Connecting Tablumo to ChatGPT authorizes access to your account through its tools. Check the group, payer, amount and split before authorizing changes. You can revoke the connection in Settings. OpenAI’s terms apply separately to ChatGPT.

Account deletion

You can request permanent account deletion in Settings. Profile and sign-in data are removed. Shared amounts remain available to other members under “Deleted person”; account links and structured author details are removed. Ownership passes to another active account in the group. Groups without another active account are deleted. Deletion does not discharge outstanding debts. Free text may still contain identifying information; contact support to request its review.

Service changes and responsibility

The service may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. No uninterrupted availability or backup of your personal records is promised; keep copies of records you need. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Participants remain responsible for their records and for settling disputes with each other.

Applicable law and support

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. No exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. For support, complaints or account requests contact sascha@the-autopilot.com.
